You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use COMMIT.
You are responsible for activity under your account and keeping your sign-in secure. You may delete your account anytime in Settings → Privacy & Data.
Don't use COMMIT unlawfully, harass others, or submit content (display names, streak titles, reflections) that is abusive, hateful, or infringing. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Streak Savers are optional consumables. iOS purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's standard terms; web purchases by Stripe. Consumables are generally non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy. Prices are shown before purchase in your local currency (iOS) or USD (web).
COMMIT is provided without warranties of any kind; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using COMMIT and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
